We have awards to celebrate, beautiful wines to savor and food to share while we gather in the cellar under the exotic silk tent filled with the Spanish notes of a flamenco guitar.

Benoit will feature a three-year vertical tasting of his Cabernet Franc and Syrah wines (2005, 2006 and 2007). New vineyards will be tasted along with a 2008 barrel sample from famed Ciel du Cheval Vineyard. These are just two of his wines that are defining his reputation as a top winemaker in Washington State.

You will be the last to taste the 2005 vintage and the first to taste his 2007 wines. The 2006 wines are taking their bows in the current wine competitions. This evening is your exclusive preview to the annual Red Wine & Chocolate event when our tasting room is overflowing with wine lovers from across the Northwest.

Benoit, Molly, Lisa and I are really looking forward to this event as we get out from behind the bar and have time to share our wines and the winery with each of you in the magic of the cellar where it all begins.
